Site Teachers on Special Assignment are highly qualified professionals who have been identified as having high-level skills which fit the unique needs, site through a standard screening process with representation that includes site teachers who will receive the services. The job description indicates whether the position is for a specific period of time as determined by a site-based decision making process.

District Teachers on Special Assignment provide resource services for programs or for a department, services care students,development for a cluster of schools or district-wide, care for students , or leadership services to one or more schools/programs.
